To the Knicks since he wants to go there anyways and they just picked up a ton of assets and expiring contracts from Dallas.

I can see a three team trade where Kyrie goes to the Knicks, and picks and expirings go to New Orelans and AD to Boston.

Seems to me the Pelicans are playing this perfectly. Either get the lakers to fold and give up EVERYTHING, or wait until the offseason, because Tatum can actually become a star. Lakers proposal of players is the definition of the poo-poo platter.

Until the deadline passes I’m still sending 5 first round picks New Orleans way.

Detroit get Eric Gordon and Danuel House and Hartenstein

Houston gets AD and Solomon Hill and Zaza

New Orleans get Clint Capela, Detroit’s FRP, Houston’s 4 FRPs, Ish Smith and Glen Robinson III and Chriss (all expiring)

Well Lebron has a history of "pushing" his team to accept, so that'd certainly be playing too.

The solution isnt to give players power to demand trades just because like teams now can. It should be solution that would require both teams and players respecting contracts that they both signed. Just do it the european football way - you want our player and he wants to play for you - pay shitload of money to us then.... If not he will respect his contract. And vice versa - if a player won't sign contract in the new place a team wants him gone to, a team has to respect they signed him and pay him whole contract

And guess what? The Pelicans will get shafted when the Celtics don’t offer what they want because the Lakers have moved on.

Lol...the Lakers "moving on" isnt a bad thing for the Pelicans. Just because the Lakers media hype train touts the young guys as "prospects," etc, doesn't mean they actually are good prospects. Not one of them is a top 10 prospect in the NBA, and one of them I wouldnt consider a prospect at all anymore (BI is what he is imo).

Number 2, Magic severely overplayed his hand with other negotiations leading up to this one.
    - Ingram, touted as a "KD light" will be lucky to be Kevin Martin. He could start for a contender but still wouldnt be one of that teams best 3 or even 4 best players. He would start bc of his length and skillset, but no contender could seriously be a contender relying on him every single night as one of their top options.
    - Ball, touted as Jason Kidd upside. Reality? He is a trade away from being irrelevant. Jeremy Lin type...you sign him as a gimmick. But dude would not crack a contenders rotation. No chance.
    - Kuzma, actually a decent prospect. But he isnt a Klay Thompson (especially and obviously not defensively). He is more of a Kyle Korver type upside, not as good of a shot but a better slasher. He can be a good rotation piece on a contender but nothing more.
    - Hart, decent prospect, but he is a role player.

Number 3, when trading a guy like AD, you gotta get the deal that has the best player regardless of the quantity of players that could come in other offers. Even if the Celtics only offered Tatum, you gotta take it bc Tatum is a guy you can actually build around. At the very least he is looking a like number 2 option/a pairing away from making a team a contender.

Just my opinions, I could be wrong. But that is the way I see it all.

This is pretty crazy if you think about it. If the Pels truly did this to screw up Lakers chemistry, I’m good with it. Sick of Lebron killing franchises and coaches.

He’s right, players can play the game just like the owners, but this is part of the game Bron Bron.

    Haha.
Regarding AD and whether he plays if not traded, T-Mac just said “if I ain’t getting traded, there is no way I’m not playing”

HAHA. THE IRONY IN THAT STATEMENT.
