we should try to get tmac while keeping steve i wish their was a way to get tmac while keeping steve,yao,mo and jim jackson. cant we send cato,mobley and perhaps weatherspoon with a draft pic or something for tmac? we'd have a starting 5 of francis,mcgrady,yao, mo,jackson hasnt tmac hinted he wants out of orlando i know we'd get more but for them to start over.... i mean phoenix got the bad end of the deal..
and what about point guard?....obviously MJ cant play that many minutes, and besides, when its crunch time, we need a PG that can be an offensive threat....although Steve has been producing less offensively this year, we know he HAS the ability to take over games, and we know he can be deadly when his shot is on. I'm not defending franchise here; I personally think the guy is as dumb as they get...but, its hard to find a great PG these days......

I think you clearly don't understand: McGrady was 23 years old last year when he averaged 32.1 points a game, and he did it on almost 46% shooting. He averaged more boards than Francis and just about as many assists with significantly fewer turnovers. He's also 6-foot-8. Furthermore, Orlando is the worst team in the league. Why would they look to trade a 24-year old stud for older role players and a bloated contract in Weatherspoon? The Orlando Magic would need to discover that, in the offseason, McGrady eats children in order for them to lower his value to the point where the trade you describe is even worth considering. The Rockets would be flat out lucky to get McGrady for Francis and Mobley, in my opinion.
C'mon MacBeth... in this advanced age of cloning and gene splicing, why clone them individually? I'm sure we can make a Super Wilt with Dream's athleticism, Jordan's heart, Bird's touch, Magic's courtvision and of course, Yao's sense of humor (so he doesn't sound stupid like Shaq).
