Is he 100% yet and does Magic still own his rights?

If not, can he be signed to Vipers or 2 way contract?

6'7 230 40% 3 point shooter, ball handler, rebounder and tough D (7-3 wingspan).

Better prospect than Vince Edwards.

And he was a 40% 3 point shooter in college (which is like a 20-21 foot jump shot). In the G League (NBA distance 3's), he's shooting around 20%.
