    Well, tbf, Cavs and Sixers tanked for years and had great assets to trade, Ainge robbed Brooklyn with a trade that will never happen again, Raptors have one and a half star so, not different than what we have. The fact that we're so close to have a third star without tanking actually shows how good our front office has been.

    How is it that every other contender has set themselves up able to make trades and offers but we're the only team that has nothing to offer except a bunch of useless 1sts?

    Morey was 22 in '94 and probably still at Northwestern. You can't lay the blame for CD's entire tenure at his feet.

    Why does it seem that teams pull off trades like this so effortlessly but for us it's like moving a mountain? First with butler and now this.

    I mean, we were in the mix with Bosh, LMA, Butler, George...at least with Bosh we were very close, probably not that far with Butler...for one reason or another couldn't get them but eh.

    We weren't really in the mix for LMA or Paul George and it's debatable whether we were in the mix for Butler. I mean we made an offer for Butler but the TWolves never came close to accepting it. Bosh you are right. That was painfully close.
