...start, or come off the bench? Obviously, coming off the bench would only for the first few games or three. Pros of starting: - Immediately take burden off Harden - Fastest way to integrate him back into the offense because we all know he'll start eventually - We don't have to see Eric Gordon flail like a headless chicken - We don't have to see the possibility of James Ennis airballing Pros of coming off bench: - Harden can continue his chemistry with the G-League starters he's been in there with - CP3 can give an offensive boost to a lackluster bench - Slowly but surely get his conditioning back - Would play against the opposing team's second unit, mostly - Wouldn't have to deal with immediate pressure of helping Harden Thoughts?
HIs old ass should just retire .. what will it be one week? Two? Before the next injury? Biggest HTown money grab since Ed Reed.
playing a huge part to propel hou to their most successful year since the championship days. boy what a money grab
Start him or bench him, CP3 will be standing around like everyone else with Harden iso's. CP3's real worth will be when Harden sits.
Bench. Take the burden off him that way and work him back into condition at his own pace. But.. if he doesn't want to, give him what he wants. You don't piss off quality.
You got me .. you got me .. my mouth was open. But yeah next time he breaks keep bringing up last year its fun to reminisce.
Start him then play him majority when James is off the court. Cant underestimate how much better we will be when Chris is controlling the floor when James is sitting out
It will look weird to have a $40+ million player with 3 years left on his deal come off the bench. Doesn't mean we shouldn't do it, but it could become enough of a talking point that it becomes a distraction/issue.
