    I think the end of TSA is something all sides of the political spectrum can agree with.

    Sure it would just take an act of Congress that passes both houses, the unpaid FAA/DHS to issue an entirely new regulatory regime pursuant to it - seems berry berry likely!

    The problem isn't TSA- as long as unpaid TSA workers continue to show up!

    See, nobody needs public goods when you can force slaves to provide them for free - just like Hayek said.

    I saw somewhere that 20% of air traffic controllers are eligible for retirement. They can decide this bullshit isn't worth it anymore, take their pensions, and move to Florida.

    They are recruiting like crazy. Paid training and tons of open spots with high pay but the stress.....

    They say the stress is unbearable at times so it's hard to find good people even if they pay $100K a year.

    I had a good friend that did it for 6 months and couldn't handle it/nor liked it and ended up getting his PhD in biochem and now does cancer research. Good for him lol
