He's a big sellout. Even before Les saw through his phony BBIQ and rejected his ass, he never strongly took up what Ernie called "his team". He can't even pretend to like the city.

Considering how crucial he was to Clutch City, it's just plain sad.

Personally, I’m not bothered by it. Cassell was the far better player anyway.

Stephen Curry could get the same number of points I guess, but not the same number of assists despite being a PG and certainly not as many rebounds or even steals as James Harden. Durant would just break down under the pressure with having to carry a team with so many injuries.

    or the ankles.

That said, he is more of a system player, and bball is a team game after all, that compensates it.

A guy like Curry who has a 'weak' body among NBA players, achieving what he has been doing in the most physical sport, that is already a small miracle.

DRose has a chance to get on the Allstar bench somehow.

I never really realised just the sheer amount of minutes Wilt played and the shots he took to get to those stats. 48.5 mins per game, 39 FGA, 17 FTs. The per 100 possessions only goes back to the early 70s so doesn't allow comparison to Wilt. However, per 36 does.

Right now Wilt's 1961-62 is the best ever Points per 36 at 37.4 (on 29.3 FGA, 12.6 FTA)
Second is James Harden this ever at 35.0 Points (23.1 FGA, 11.5FTA)

Right now James Harden is 2.4 points behind the best scoring season ever Per 36, and catching up. And he's doing it with 1 less FT and 6 less shots. Madness

Not at this sustained clip. I've never seen anything like this in my lifetime aside from maybe Kobe and MJ.

stop it! no one else can do what Harden's been doing in today's NBA. KD and curry ain't got that mental and physical toughness to carry a team with a bunch of G-leaguer for such a long period of time in the loaded west! That's blasphemous!-in SAS's voice
