Don't look now, but *SPN has our guy front and center on an off night. Is this the height of his MVP campaign with the game @philly tomorrow on MLK day and Toronto on Friday? Or, will the media conspiracy continue with that "revenge" game against Orlando coming up?

Stop, I think last night showed us James Harden is the best player in the world and he knows it. Him knowing it is all that matters. He cared about the MVP last year but his goal is focused on a championship this year. Harden wants to win and placed the team on his back to do so. No one can do what he has done less Wilt Chamberlain in his prime. No one!!! He and everyone else knows this; no matter what is said. Stop letting BS take away from your fandom. Not everyone has to like the people we like; it’s okay. The score board don’t lie. JH wants a ring and I want to watch him get it!

Late the haters hate. Posting about it just gives them credibility.

James Harden is clearly the MVP right now. He is pretty much carrying the Rockets on his back and willing us to win these games. He is been dominating against any type of defense they throw at him. I am impressed with his defensive focus too. Lets go Rockets

Harden has drawn 12 offensive fouls this year. The most he has ever drawn for a full season was 15 in his rookie campaign.

Which is fairly impressive (rookie campaign number that is) since he played significantly less minutes. Which goes back to that he can play defense and is an average defender overall when he wants to be and isnt expected to generate literally 70% of the teams offense. Even with Kobe his elite defensive days were with Shaq. After Shaq left Kobe made all-d teams more off of rep than actual production. Kobe could lock in on specific possessions but could not all game like he used to during his first 6-7 years in the league.
