    spurs have to be are biggest rivals.
    they're too close and too full of themselves (that's the fans I'm talking about). And unfortunately the spurs are the only other texas team to win it all. but we were the first!!
    dallas fans would drop their team in a heartbeat when they start losing again, so who cares about dallas.
    utah is always tough but there's no mailman or stockton to dislike anymore.
    seattle is right after the spurs because they are always tough and always seem to beat us. I really couldn't stand them when karl was coaching.
    so in order of rivals
    1) spurs
    2) sonics
    3) dallas
    4) utah
    5) lakers
    6) t'wolves
    7) suns

    You have to be competitive to have rivals. Its not a rivalry when you have been beaten down for 4 years.

    In the past, I would say the Spurs or Jazz. Today, I would say the lottery.
