Let me start this by saying I'm a Morey fan.

I like having a GM that is always trying to look at every angle and work a move to make the team as good as possible .

That being said , given our current depth situation ... we can't wait until the deadline to make some moves .

    I have a few questions ..

WHY THE HELL is Melo still on the team ?

What are we waiting for ? To use him as salary filler in a bigger move ? To Use him as an expiring to take on a longer contract / assets ?

We have to give up on this idea that Melo (more appropriately, his contract ) will have any value for us this season . We should immediately cut him so we can sign a warm, big body . This should have been done a month ago .

Why the hell does Chriss get PT over Hartenstein?

The only reason I can think of is to try and build his trade value . Hartenstein has been the better , more engaged player all season long . Yet now when we are at our thinnest , it's Chriss getting an opportunity...and completely sucking .

Last game Chriss also got first go at it , until he moped around the court for a couple of minutes and made bonehead plays . Hartenstein came in and got an offensive rebound or two ... he had energy.

Can anyone tell me why it is that Chriss got another shot again this game ?

look hartenstein is a rookie who can't breathe on guys without getting a foul , has bad hands on offense , and can't shoot worth a **** ... he's still miles better than Chriss ,
