The travel has always been a debatable topic but that's because people don't understand what "POSSESSION" means. Possession means CONTROL of the ball.

You don't start counting the steps until you have "POSSESSION".
-Gathering the ball is not having possession.
-Having the ball in one hand is generally is not having possession bc most people can't palm a ball one hand while in dribbling motion.

Holding the ball with two hands IS "POSSESSION". ONCE you've established "POSSESSION", you start counting the steps.

NBA players don't get it and neither do most fans.

 

Man i would love so much to see Durant, Green and Klay bolt one after the other just so everyone would see how overrated Curry is, watch him not being able to make his teammates better when they're only role players, watch him being exposed on D every single night, and watch him end the season out of the playoffs or knocked out 4-0 in the first round...
