I'll trade some local and 'world famous' Dreamland ribs for some of that chicken.

Dreamland rocks! One of my favorite parts of living in T-town and going back to cover Alabama games. Archibald's is not as well known, but still good. I remember eating lunch every day over at the Rama Jama cafe right under Bryant-Denny. Yumm!!!!!!:D

Wake up about noon in Las Vegas after boozing it up for the previous 2 nights, hopefully with my pockets full of Casino chips, and no pulse transactions in my wallet !!

Then down the SB party at Mandalay Bay...bet all my winnings or a significant bet on the OVER at 37 1/2 and then watch the game.

Afterwards, cash in my winning ticket and go to a sumptious meal and more gambling....until the wee hours where I catch 2 or 3 hours of good sleep and head back to Austin to the wife and kids.

    I LOVE THE SUPERBOWL !!!

Any recommendations on the Gewurztraminer? Doesn't necessarily have to come from Alsace.

You're betting the over on two teams that allowed a combined 17 points in their conference championship games?

Having some friends in. Eating homemade chili with some guac and queso on the side. Maybe a little more, and of course margaritas and beer.

Lotsa places. Seabrook has lots of seafood markets, but the prices down there are ridiculously high this week. Fiesta has suprisingly good crawfish, but the one near me is out this week. I have a super-secret place that I cannot divulge here at this time, because they won't let me reserve any, but have promised they'll have plenty this weekend.

    Mmmmm, Dreamland.

    "Ain't Nothin Like 'Em Nowhere"

I have an ancient Dreamland T shirt with barbecue sauce colored handprints on it.

Man I tell ya, RJ's is one of the greasiest places in town! But hey, it's a great breakfast and a good pre-game meal!

Now going back to the rib co-op; DL does ship their ribs, but I'd be more willing to trade DL's sauce for 'commercial' Goode Co. Still can't get a good steak sandwich 'round here. :(

    They are sumthin'!
