Both weren't "garbage" for the whole game though. Only the offense was garbage for the whole game. The Colts average 27 points per game and the defense gave up 21 to them. The Colts defense gives up 21 points per game and the Texans scored 7.... Given that, which unit took a piss?
Watson desperately needs to learn to get rid of the ball quicker & make better reads especially against a blitz. he was the most sacked QB in the NFL & it wasn't even close. Yes the flaming garbage O-line needs to be much improved in the off season but Deshaun needs to add some urgency in getting rid of the ball & working reading blitz packages... he has alot of potential but still has huge holes in his game
Hanging in there buddy? Yeah I’ll go with logic and you can keep on doing whatever it is that you do.
I will say this. The offense looked a lot different when Fuller played. It was very explosive and looked unstoppable. Since BOB is likely staying I hope we look for more speed. I'd focus a ton on the oline and corners and I think our RB group needs to be improved. Both Miller and Blue are alright, nothing to be jealous of or overly scared of.
The Texans have "13-3" caliber talent on paper, even considering their weaknesses at OL and secondary. However, their coaching staff is, at best, "6-10" caliber. Their soft regular season schedule allowed them to have an 11-5 regular season record (and most of those wins were close games) and get a playoff berth despite the clueless Bill O'Brien and subpar Romeo Crennel. And then, unsurprisingly, they get completely exposed by the Colts today on both sides of the ball. Indy is a solid team, but not a great team. I think they will lose to the Chiefs next weekend, by 2 or 3 touchdowns. Further driving home just how overrated and pathetic this Texans team is. Houston's schedule will be tougher next season. If they don't make major changes and upgrades this offseason they will probably be a sub-.500 team. I think the spotlight was too big for Deshaun Watson today (and the lack of protection didn't help either). He looked about as bad as I've ever seen him. That said, I still have faith in him; he's a superstar talent. I think he'll learn from this debacle and get better. He's fortunate to make it through the whole season without getting seriously hurt.
Such a dumb argument. Both offense and defense were trash. When you’re up 21-0 at half up play differently in the second half.
So you're going to ignore context? Gave up 21 in the 1h. Prob should've been more if not for that fortunate INT. They averaged 6.3 YPP even after a conservative 2H. Sure, they played better in the 2H but had the offense even got rolling, I would not trusted the defense to hold them to 0 in the 2H. It was largely a result of Colts being conservative. Offense gets an F. Defense gets an F+. Wow. Is this the hill you want to die on?

.. Teams don't just sit on the ball with 2 whole quarters left with a 21 point lead. You think they were going to wait for the Texans to make it a one score game before they started playing again?
This is where a good coach is supposed to come into play. Luck for his entire career held the ball forever and generated tons of sacks. New coach came in and reshaped the offense and made him one of the quickest in getting rid of the ball, and not surprisingly, he's not getting sacked anymore.
