    1. Would you do Knight/Chriss for Bazemore trade if Hawks demand 2019 unprotected First or 2 top-20 protected Firsts to take Knight/Chriss contracts?
    Bazemore is only connecting on 31.4 percent of his shots from behind the arc last season, he has a career average of 35.5 percent. He ranks eighth in ESPN's defensive real plus-minus.

    2. Will Tilman approve the deal if Bazemore opt out of the contract next summer and demand 3-year 54 million contract?
    Bazemore's contract: His full salary this season is $18.1 million with a player option at $19.3 million for 2019-20.

    3. Will Tilman give both Gordon and Bazemore long term contacts for a chance to win a championship (Repeater Tax)?
    This is clearly a championship team. It could be 2 championships next 4 years.

    I'd do the trade now and give Bazemore 3-year contracts next summer, then deal Gordon for a rookie contract (a rotation player).

    If he did opt out, Tillman would be quite happy.

    Raptors are interested in Justin Holiday, 12 ppg, 39% from the three. Compare to Bazemore 31% from the three last season.

    Chriss/2023 top-25 protected First would get it done.

    Bazemore is probably one of the top 10 overpaid players in the league. It's completely silly to even ponder any scenario where he opts out of it.
