Lmao cause we saying it’s the worst deal in the league sorry I’m not delusional and expecting a championship off last seasons failure
Problem is Paul should be on the same plan the spurs put Duncan manu and Parker on so by the post season they have less wear and tear but morey pretty much wet the bed on the depth with this years rockets team
Yeah last season was such a failure. The worst year the rockets have had since the championship days. Oh wait
he should just surgically repair it might be damaged somewhere that he keeps re-injuring it. sorry ass chris paul walked off like a hoe in miami.
Lmao. First interaction and you want to throw insults. 3 different players with hamstring injuries this season. Have a good day.
Do you wait out a full recovery or does that wait then get you into where CP3’s age limit essentially ends the peak of his career? I think you gotta play him this year if you can. He’s close to being relagated to a role player ala Jason Kidd his last few years, if you let him age anymore. If there’s any hope of competing for the title this year, you play him when he gets healthy enough. This teams going nowhere without him playing peak ball.
you're absolutely right about the win now situation, but I wished if the Rockets shot him down from game 6 of last season until the all-star break. Acknowledging to know little on this subject ,even if his injury remains as grade2 and a month from now the MRI showed no strain or tear of any of the muscles or tendon that doesn't tell the whole story, his age/race/previous injuries contributed to his frequent injuries but age alone is not a significant factor for his degraded performance. (muscle weakness+inflexibility)=Kinetic chains reaction, his body (muscle/cross pelvic posture/biomechanics ,etc) compensate differently, long rest is probably his best medicine
this injury obviously sucks but it's also another reminder that durability should be taken into account heavily when assessing great players. there have been many great players only for them to go down with injuries (some of those, our own Rockets unfortunately) but when you look at the greatest players of all time, you see they were all really durable over the course of their careers - lebron, jordan, kobe, shaq, hakeem, bird, kareem, magic... and then there were players that had the greatest potentials but just not as durable - penny, grant hill. i'm still grateful our MVP superstar is extremely durable and has been super consistent.
