    It certainly could be a setup. But even nice neighborhoods have their packages stolen. I was just at a real nice house in Montrose where the owner said packages get snatched up all the time. Security cameras don't really deter.

    The people that stole this in general probably aren't the most intelligent people. Plus it was continually pumping fart spray in a few situations...
