    The Pelicans? No, they will not be trading for Paul. I don't think there is any love between the Pels and Paul. He was there once before, and he won't be going back.

    There is absolutely no point in trading CP3 right now. The Rockets would get pennies on the dollar on any trade this season. The Rockets have to try to keep Harden and Paul healthy come summer while staying in the playoff race. I still believe a healthy version of this team can at least compete with the Warriors better than any realistic alternative roster.

    We realistically have no shot at beating the Warriors at full strength. They simply have too much talent. Besides, keeping this squad healthy is a huge "if". We haven't shown any ability to stay on the floor for a long stretch of games.

    Also, moving Paul for "pennies on the dollar" is still a net positive for the team because he will soon become a black hole for this organization, sucking up any hope we have to improve this team around Harden. Abort now or it'll be too late.

    First tell me why you don’t want CP3. Be honest,

    Once you have those reasons down, tell me why another team wouldn’t reject him for the same reasons.

    impossible to move CP3 without giving up 4 first rounders and we need at least 1 of them to get rid of BK's contract to save Tilman money :rolleyes:

    As much as people would love to see CP3 gone, we're stuck with him. Unless some team values him like the Brooklyn Nets valued KG and Pierce, way back when.
