Some old players don't want young players take their PT which is why he bailed on the Rockets. He didn't want young guys succeed.
Yeah, Jeff B got him kicked out of NY and OKC too. It's cute how fans have locked onto this conspiracy theory that Jeff B the boogie man is out to get Melo, but until an insider or hell a person with an ounce of credibility confirms this it will remain just a cute little conspiracy theory. The truth of the matter is this, Melo is a high volume shooter with poor defense. His efficiency is lacking and his ability to adapt is suspect at best.
If true, there will be an instant image remake from the media the moment he's acquired by the Warriors. It is like being blessed by the basketball Gods. All sins, particularly those concocted by basketball analysts, are washed away.

I still don't quite get how Melo fell out with the Rockets with most of our bench being worthless and a huge lack of scoring coming from them. I guess they decided he was just a huge liability on defense and it couldn't work because of that. But, he had at least some offensive production. It didn't feel like it was all bad.
