His accent is pretty annoying to begin with, then he has to complement everything about the freakin Heat!

I wish he would just shut the hell up. Someone needs to remind his ass he is doing a Rockets broadcast. I am not saying that he needs to kiss Rockets ass or should not complement the heat, but damn it there has to be a limit!

I missed the reason why Calvin Murphy skipped this game.

The Heat played a great game. He just called like he saw it.

Van Chancellor is going to call it like it is. He did a great job filling in for Calvin.

I really liked Van. But that's not new. I think he has a lot of insight and charm. He's a great radio/tv guy, and a good resource for the org to tap.

You mean to tell me BULLARD is not a "Houston Legend."

Talk about demanding a recount of votes.......

I enjoy Van Chancellor. He is an honest and insightful analyst. I also enjoy his energy. He did a great job filling in for Calvin.

Okay, I might have overreacted just a tad bit. Just got angry because the Rockets lost.

Van Chancellor is alright in my book as well. He is very enthusiastic about basketball in general, but I still wish he would not shower the opposition with a billion compliments.

I dont like his accent either but ehhh he did good i guess.. i'd be too nervous to know what im talking about for the commentary on the games.. and i'd choke with all atmosphere going around in the arena.. but he did a good job like he should i suppose..

I'm not trying to get off topic but was Hakeem at the Salute for the Houston Sports Legends event? I saw them interview just about everybody except him.

Thats Hakeem for you. Humble, and always on the down low. I'll bet anything he planned the whole trip. This is why I love him.

Planned a trip? I thought Hakeem and family moves to the middle-eastern country of Jordan?

    Was that a farce?
