Now that you are used to the unis, what do you think?

It's so nice to watch Rockets games without constantly thinking "I hate those PJs".

I wouldn't be upset if they tweaked the white jersey's though. Please no Black/Red combinations though...it's too hard to see on TV.

Now, if we could get the shorts hemmed about 3 inches higher to avoid the flying kilt look that has become prevalent. (Not the hot pants of Rudy T's days, just want them to look like shorts instead of skirts.)

 

I watched "Double Clutch" on NBATV yesterday before the Orlando game and I'll tell you what, it sure is good to see the Rox in red and/or white again! Love 'Em! Go Rockets!

 

Always loved them. Not as good as a few other unis, but i thought it was top 5 material the first time I saw them.

 

Ummm... because last time I checked we didn't have black uni's YET. Thus, I say... when we get those black uni's they will be MEAN and awesome.

 

It's especially nice because it makes sense to cheer when the National Anthem is sung and you get to "... and the Rockets' red glare..."

Oh yeah. I hope people going to the games still do that.

 

the rocket red unis are way beter then those blue pajamas we wore last year.I really like them you can go out in public and look decent in them.

 

The lettering is to small. The font is too chineesy. Grey just looks like dirty white. The logo is too skinny, it looks weak and feminine. All in all there just a little too simplistic and seemed to be designed to appeal to Asians instead of Houstonians, though I guess that is just shrewed marketing .

However, the red is great, and the pressure wave design on the shorts is great. They are atleast acceptable and much better than the pinstriped sneering rocket version. It wouldn't take much adjustment to make them real good.

 

I like em' a lot and scored a red Francis jersey...the striping is very artsy and unique and the logo and font have a Asian look to them that I appreciate for it's diversity and style, and I like the global appeal to our fanbase as well.

I don't like the grey warm ups they wear at home and think they should be shiny silver to compliment the very appealing shade of red and I don't think the black socks and shoes compliment the road reds as well as the white socks/white shoes do. Can the Rocks decide to wear red at home whenever they want as they did in the opener and another game? (I think against Denver) The black socks/shoes take away from the road unis' color scheme and have a Chicago Bulls (Pippenesque [enter yacking sound] ) with the all black socks and red uni's...I hated those Bulls teams with a PASSION....
