Tim Scott kills Thomas Farr judicial nomination, will Trump renominate?

If he cares one way or the other, he'll just wait till the next Senate where he won't have to deal with flakes and the 53 Republicans will likely rubber stamp all of his judicial nominations from here on out.

That said, I know nothing about the nominee but if the negative stuff is true, it's best to just nominate someone more deserving.

 

A typical president would just move on to someone else. So I expect Trump to make it a pissing contest and try to force his guy in.

 

Then why say anything at all?
