no one is relying on melo but the rockets lack depth, and cut their best bench scorer. yes, better scorer than eric gordon who just cant get it together. much better than ennis and clark. we need much more firepower and cut someone the most apt to help in that area.

people need to stop saying melo was unhappy and wanted out. the front office and coaches wanted HIM out, even though he did everything they asked and would have continued to do so.

you can add the decision by MDA to start MCW rather than Melo to the list of insults...

Very well done post - full of good logic...

unfortunately, there are too many posters on this site that had their preconceived hatred towards Melo - and wont accept logic... they will just call you a MOF (as they have to me) - despite the fact that we've been here for years - and Rockets fans for decades... smh...

Quoted for Truth. Real Rockets fans that are unbiased about Melo one way or another should really only see it this way.

Yes I believe I did in another post, but you are absolutely correct. And thank you for the compliment, even if only 2 or 3 people on here can see the logic in the post, and realize that I am not a Melo Only Fan.

The sick part is they did it so arrogantly too. They figured when Melo was gone the team would magically start winning, and the narrative would be Melo held the team back (the same narrative amongst some idiot posters here too). Now that the team's still losing its clear cutting Melo was a mistake. Where are all those idiot posters who claimed the team would be much better without Carmelo here?

Melo may not have been the problem but he is definitely not the solution. Melo mcw brandon knight and marquis chris are just wasting locker room space. Dec 15th is around the corner and hopefully we can attach his contract with some of these other garbage for something we can really use.

What is this stupid idea that there can only be one problem with the team? I've lost count of how many times I've seen some variation of "Melo is not the problem" or "Now that we see Melo was NOT the problem..." This team has a lot of problems. That's problems with an 's', plural, meaning more than one problem. There is no "THE PROBLEM" with this team. Melo was a big one, and they got rid of him, which was needed. The team still sucks for many other reasons. That does not mean that Melo was not a problem.

    thank u

Who ever said Melo was the only problem as if we weren’t also dealing with things like injuries, guys not being able to hit shots, lack of quality defenders, etc?

3 of the last 4 losses have been without CP3...before that we had won 5 straight

So cancerous that they were a game away from the chip just a year ago. But you keep telling yourself he's the problem and Melo should come back and start...

LOL genius! Bizdelik is why they were a game away ? Not harden or chris or anyone else ? That wasnt even a serious post but you are a fool to think he doesnt deserve criticism for kicking out a player and delivering nothing after his return

Perhaps so, don't you believe there should be responsibility on Anthony's part in his career and relationships with coaches and players? Getting Bz fired, causing MDA to leave the Knicks, and unwilling to share the spotlight (Jeremy Lin)? How strange you think Melo is the victim. Maybe you're the fool?

ok since you arent very bright, THE ROCKETS ARE THE VICTIMS. This team blows and bizdelik has not done ****. Not proven, but if he is the reason melo left he needs to step up or get the **** out instead because he is just as bad if not worse.

*opens Clutchfans, reads some of the current main threads*

    1. Trade Brandon Knight and 2 draft picks for Ariza
    2. Sign Jimmer
    3. Marquese Chriss is better than Hartenstein
    4. Melo did nothing wrong and the team should apologize and ask him to come back

    The numbers are clear.

    Time to flush this down.
