    I don't really have an opinion (or an opionion) about it either, but when I clicked the link, I did discover the most recent story about Dwight Howard, and that was certainly interesting.

    Mother of my kid is a Trump supporter and anti-immigrant - surprise surprise we get along really well and I think she's a great mom.

    Although as she sees the racism our kid is gets, she is beginning to change her mind....

    My wife is apolitical in that she cannot stand to discuss politics or even listen to political commentary. She does vote and almost always votes for the right leaning candidates, even Trump. My daughter being a senior at A&M is just now starting to get interested in politics. She has so far leaned right and likes Trump. My son (who is a member here) was always more libertarian and cannot stand Trump. He has become decidedly more left leaning since 2016. Anytime we discuss politics he becomes angry since 2016 so I refuse to discuss them with him these days. I would never let politics affect a relationship with someone I love. I raised my kids to be free thinkers so I have zero issues with my son having different leanings than myself.
