Does just talking about fapping count? I will say I don’t think @Jontro has political bias or has ever attacked a poster

He does not necessarily have to wield that kind of power.

More like a mini mjolnir while Clutch would theoretically hold the ban hammer. Just reporting to Member no 1.

Who said one mod, could be a duo or a trio.

Yeah, those people are unicorns on the internet is my point.

Maybe somebody like Rhester or @MadMax would have been the only logical choices, too bad those guys aren't around any more.

There should be a fee to use the D&D, paid to the mods . People spending money are more careful and moderate themselves

In my experience here's what bad mods do:
    1) Edit or delete posts that didn't need it which creates censorship complaints
    2) Jump in with threats when it isn't needed which stiffles conversation
    3) Complain to the admins too much, bringing them issues that aren't important
    4) Edit/delete posts that cross the line only when it bothers "their team"

All I hear is billing this and that, there is enough of this in the outside world. Not over 10.

I think you would be good, I know we’ve gone at it and gone over the line but I think you would show restraint

I would think that DD is a person with a good name to fit this moderator position in the D&D forum although he did not post much here.

@JuanValdez does a good job discussing a wide variety of topics on here without injecting emotionally-charged logic or leaning decidedly left or right

The best method is to ask who wants the job.

Interesting names suggested... but since I plan on taking a break from Clutch fans, I don't feel I should suggest or shoot down names. But in general I don't think its important that a moderator have a specific political bias since I don't see the moderator stepping in on a partisan issue. If you look at the event that has caused this, it wasn't a partisan issue but rather a post that most (if not all) considered offensive. You would expect that similar reasons for moderation would not be for partisan issues but for posts that far outside acceptable behavior.

Nothing personal, I was just using a bad current example.
