If only Melo guarded Sexton & helped Harden offensively

 

Offensive rebounding, turnovers and pathtic lack of bench production is killing this team.its unfair to ask a 6’5 tucker to out rebound 6’10 power forwards night in night out .

 

Thought Nwaba would have been a solid minimum defensive pickup for the Rockets during the off-season. A bit high of an offensive role tonight with Cleveland, but regardless, could have been solid.

Anyways, getting beat 49-30 on the glass and giving up 20 offensive rebounds will usually make it difficult for teams to win.

 

Not only is he back, but he's now violating the sanctity of the GARM by posting here? Welp, season over.

Bring on preseason 2019.

 

This rockets team with no bench and a streaky/inconsistent Eric Gordon is not a top three team at the moment. If Knight comes back and is any good along with a trade for a big who can clean the extensive glass then yes.

 

Harden with 40+13, but we still lose 10+pts, to the tanking scrub team.

We are really awful now.

Teams that want to trade valuable contributers that the Rockets are looking for want young valuable decent upside assets. The Rockets don't have anything of that nature besides Capella. And no way this team is going to trade him.

Other teams have better things to offer.

The Rockets don't have **** beadies Harden, CP3 and Capella, none of whom the Rockets are ever going to trade.

The only semi decent asset the Rockets had to as Gordon but the dude is getting older and now is displaying to the league that he can't even shoot.

 

Wish we were rebuilding so we could be good when the warriors were gone but we gonna suck right when they break up lol

And lot of times he has to ourrebound their centers too since we really don’t play a true backup center. As much as hartstain and chriss might suck, not playing them hurts us more than it helps

 

Please don’t make us more sad than we already are. That’s freaking depressing to even think about

 

I’m so tired of hearing same thing over and over from our coaches and players, “we gotta come out with more energy” “we gotta come out with better mentality” “we gotta play harder” either do it or STFU

 

and yes! we still got 64 games of denial syndrome to go

 

I refuse to accept there is no one out there than can play some back up center, back up PG, back up PF for us.

 

WTF do you want the guy to do, he scored 40 points and I know he turned the ball over so many times but what can he do....???
The entire roster is garbage

 

Don’t forget 9 TOs. I’m not one to blame harden. But he’s averaging I think 5.5 TOs a game now

 

Is CP3 resting or is he injured...??
if he aint injured there is no such thing as resting for a player that just signed 4 years 160 mil

 

Morey has assets. He has all his draft picks and expiring contracts. That is ample to add depth to the Rockets.

This is year two without a back up point guard. He still doesn’t have a starting power forward or a reserve wing. Morey knew he had these issues going into the season and 25% of the season is gone.

These were predictable issues. The reason he hasn’t done anything is because he is looking for a big star and not solid starters and role players.

I get it, a big star is the Rockets best bet to win a title, but this season is wasting away and for all we know Paul is broken down by next year.

You don’t think Markieef Morris would make a huge difference playing PF and C? He would get 30 minutes a night for the Rockets.

 

I agree. Morey is always going for the homerun.

This team needs a solid shooter and a solid rebounder.
