CNN's Jim Acosta has press pass suspended by White House

Since trump's action didn't have anything to do with the size of the room, the number of people in the room, your analogy won't hold any water in court. Especially since Acosta was in the room at the time. Instead, CNN will be able to demonstrate animosity from trump towards Acosta. Then eye witness testimony, and the White House Correspondents president. They will then be able to introduce the doctored video. I suspect Ted Olson is looking forward to trying this case. I wonder what documents (including electronic) that Olson will be able to subpoena?

As I mentioned, trump will back down. he is a fake tough guy, and fake tough guys always back down.

Kinda this. But Acosta was out of line too.

 

Saying that Acosta was out of line means the hundreds of other times a reporter pushed to ask follow up questions were out of line. In a closed off bubble with never seeing a single White House press conference before, yes, I guess it can seem "disruptive". But when taking into context the hundred plus years of reporters in a White House press conference, this was completely normal on Acosta's part.

So the issue here is the TYPE of question that is being asked that bothers Trump, not the decorum.

No he wasn't, he was waiting for the president's temper tantrum to be over. There is only one way to view this situation.

 

You obviously haven't attended a press conference or watched past presidential press conferences. Everyone asks additional questions. Especially when the person doesn't answer the question.

 

If trump praised acosta the left would turn on him quick just like Pelosi.

This isn't even an accurate description of what happened. The Obama admin was going to ban a fox reporter from reporter pool for interviews with an Obama cabinet member. And CNN reporters spoke out against it at the time.
