I've literally been walking with a limp today due to the pain in my lower back and hip, and I won't even get into the issues my pregnant wife has been having, but I'm sure you're a ****ing doctor and a physics master who knows exactly what's going on.

The governor of a huge state with a name that starts with a "T" made millions in a settlement from a serious injury caused by an accident, and then after being elected to the office he currently holds, proceeded to essentially say what you are saying and pushed through legislation making it far more difficult for other Texans to do what he did. Our baby, about a year old and who was in a car seat (which did what it was supposed to do) and I were nearly killed by a guy who ran a red light going 60, saying, "I was in a hurry to get to Target." That was years ago, but I'm still dealing with the aftermath. Our child, thank god, was OK. Yes, I sure as hell got a lawyer.

Who said the car was going 4 MPH? Do you think theres some sort of speed cap on reversing? Have you never seen someone back out aggressively...? Have you considered that it could have been a much larger car? What if the side of my car was even lifted off the ground a little which caused all of our bodies to be jerked to the side? You come in here asking for opinions and you're getting upset people are giving you opinions. Additionally, you are giving no details other than some person backed into your car while you're family was inside it. If you dont have a police report and you have not been to the doctor, you need to give up on this fraudulent claim.
I’m not getting upset at anybody besides the guy who told me to “get the **** out of here” and keeps making false assumptions about my car accident like a jackass. My family has been to the doctor, I asked for opinions on lawyers not for assholes to say I’m making a fraudulent claim. I gave little detail because there isn’t more needed to say we got in an accident and want to know if we should hire a lawyer. You guys are dead wrong and need to stop if y’all have any decency.

I’ve been walking a limp, have bad back pain and am worried about my wife’s pregnancy so yeah it’s frustrating to see people talking **** like you did with so much confidence for absolutely no reason while zero idea of what’s going on.
Insurance company is going to come at you with the same skepticism, so Clutchfans is trying to prepare you. They are going to question how you going zero miles an hour and the other person backing out of residential driveway resulted in these injuries. My parked car was hit in downtown Houston a few weeks ago while I was attending an Astros watch party. The person didn't leave a note but thanks to a good samaritan my insurance company found the person and put it on their insurance. This person hurriedly reversed into my car trying to get a parking spot. My car was pushed into the curb from the impact. Almost 7 thousand dollars worth of damage to my car from this accident. So I have seen a reversing car can do a lot of damage.
You probably should have just left out the part where you were “backed into” and just said hit. Regardless of how hard it really was it just sounds like nothing to someone who wasn’t there so that is why lots on here are going to respond the way they have.
