Where is the cheapest place to get textbooks online with the fastest delivery possible. I'm starting my first semester at the University of Memphis and I'm a late starter so all the used textbooks at the bookstores are gone and I really don't feel like paying $120 for a book when I've been told the used one was $60-75. So do you guys know any good websites. I'd like to order today and tomorrow with hopes of receiving the books by Monday morning if possible. Any suggestions?

www.texbooks.com for used books. This is the online book selling service for UT students.

Or you can try the barnes and noble UK website. When I was in college, they sold books much cheaper than the US website.

Thanks nwo, the best site is addall. I got a link to a site where the three most expensive books I needed were as follows:

    Bookstore: $92 Addall: $70
    Bookstore: $89 Addall: $30
    Bookstore: $68 Addall: $16

Total savings on these books alone: $123

    Thanks a lot!!! :)

No problem. Then when you get to sell them back, you will make even more of a profit!

This site is just like just like PriceWatch.com:

I used http://www.campusi.com It's a great site. It searchs all the other stores online to get the best deals. I got my math book for $23.50, my school book store wanted $80 for it used.

I am going to check out the addall one, since it sounds good.

Those sites are good but it just seems like they ultimately send you to amazon or half.com.

Not only those 2 websites, but they search in the UK or Canada for the best price. I had got an MIS book from Canada for 23 US $ when it was 90.00 sold at the University bookstore. It definitely helps to look at those sites.

I miss scamming my parents out of money when I was in college.

Er, yeah, another expensive semester, book-wise. Close to $400. That extra $250 or so a semester was always nice.

I'll make up for it with a very nice retirement community. :)

A couple of years ago I was able to find cheaper books at the amazon uk site. Same book, but cheaper, even taking into account S&H.

So when you order a textbook from a UK or Canada site does that extend your shipping time or not?
