    I think the 3rd quarter of this Nets game was the first time I have seen this team make a real effort on defense collectively as a team.

    Perhaps it was the prospect of being blown out by the lowly Brooklyn Nets and going 1-6.

    Hopefully this means....this team is beginning to turn a corner.

    We said the same thing before we got embarrassed by the Cavs in 2015. Let’s try to win some more games first. It was good to see our core do well tonight though.

    The Nets are a good squad this year. I understand we get caught up in mantras but the Nets will make the playoffs in the east

    The Rockets made some adjustments and picked up the intensity and totally took the Nets out of their game. Even these Nets were beating them bad and it looked like the same crappy Rockets from the first 6 games of the season... but a light bulb clearly went off late in the second quarter, and particularly in the 3rd quarter.

    It doesn't matter that it was the Nets. Forget the team across from them and just look at the Rockets. They clearly played better in every way about halfway through the game. It clicked. Regardless of the opponent.
