    After what happened in the video in my sig, I don't blame the team for becoming complacent. They just know that the only team with a championship window right now is the GSW.

    i dont understand what happened. the team looked good in preseason. the energy was great. they looked hungry and ready to get off to a fast start.

    The energy in the lakers, Utah ad even the clippers ( in Los Angeles)was good but the last two games have been atrocious

    Maybe they know Melo sucks and is hurting the team, but he's best friends with Chris Paul and Chris and the others are all in a difficult spot. Imagine you are Chris and you are gunning for a championship, and your best friend is hurting your team. And everyone else on the team knows the situation too and it has caused some feelings. It's like a cloud hanging over the team.

    I could see how that situation would fracture the locker room... even if it isn't really being verbalized. It's like an elephant in the room.

    He is exactly right. Maybe Melo needs to be sent packing. Obviously, the players know something the fans don't. Perhaps a big trade is brewing.

    It's not the absence of Harden. The Rockets were 4-4 without him last season, and that 4th loss was in the final game of the season when every starter but Tucker sat against the Kings. Even sans Harden and Ennis, this team should not be getting blown out at home by the Clippers.

    McGrady is right that the team does seem lifeless. I don't see any of that fire that they had all of last season. And my fear is that it may not be something they can recapture. If CP3 isn't motivated like he was a year ago, if Harden is a little less driven having finally won the MVP, and if D'Antoni isn't the kind of coach who can push his players to give a sh-t, then the Rockets are screwed with this roster.

    Look at the Cavaliers without Lebron. If Harden can get back and stay healthy, Paul stays healthy and we trade Gordon and some picks for Butler, we can right the ship, but wow they look bad right now. They look like they don't care. I'm sure Gordon's head is messed up since they've been trying to trade him. I'm hoping Paul isn't just too old now, he does not look good. Father time is undefeated, look at how slow and old Melo looks.
