You spent all off season trashing every media member that thought we regressed and now you want to trade the whole team a couple weeks into the season.

The rockets will not be this bad all year and barring some unforeseen change we probably won’t touch GS. What we can hope is to get butler, KD leaves(which I really do believe is happening) and keep competing.

The defense actually looked decent the first half then fell apart after shots didn’t fall which has ALWAYS been a problem with our team

Melo isn't even backup quality anymore and that has been just outright devastating. All time great "gravitas" without the abilities is a bad combination.

    1. Not even members of the media expected the Rockets to be THIS bad.

    2. The defense falling apart after shots don't fall has always been a problem with this team? They had only like 5 losses of 10+ points all of last season.

Yes it has... the rockets have ALWAYS had a lack of effort when shots don’t fall... even last year

According to clutchfans this was Westbrook’s fault. Like we didn’t see the rockets put melo in switch after switch after switch and let harden/cp roast him...

isn't the system supposed to magically make him shoot better or we've been told

That's not true last season. When shots weren't falling, they'd clamp down on defense and keep it close and grind out a win.

In post after post myself and others have said here that we didn't think Melo's bad year with the Thunder was a fluke. I hope for the very best though and still think there is a glimmer of hope somehow Melo will find his rythm, thing is we could easily lose loads of games to get him there.
