    Remind me what happens on Oct 31? If its when Chriss and Knight are free to be dealt, and we think they will be the missing pieces to a trade with Minny, I am not optimistic. I got an education on this Board about the value of the picks. But if Minny was not enticed by them last week, I don't think adding these scrubs in the mix is going to change their opinions. [But I might be misunderstanding the significance of the date].

    I am afraid you are raising your expectation only to be sadly disappointed. I think we should set our sights on other player(s). This situation reminds me of the NY/Melo situation all over again.

    The truth is we don't know if minny was enticed by them because we couldn't have made the trade even if they wanted to.

    Knight and Chriss are not "enticing" they are simply salary filler . The part MIN wants is the 4 first rounders .... now maybe the picks aren't enough for them , and they need more for butler / taking on Chriss and knight .

    Frankly no one here knows **** . We don't know what sides have leaked what and how much is posturing etc....
