After tonights game, the Rockets are starting to look consistent. Consistently sub-par, but at least the team is consistent at it. Now if Pringles gets his stache back, we in business.
People crying for nothing both rockets n lakers will be in playoffs despite tough starts and all will be good. You people should know better
It’s quite sad this is how it is. It’s not the record. It’s just the way we play. It’s every way you don’t want your team to play. Lack of hunger. Too much iso. No defense. No communication on either end of the floor. Right now it’s hard to see much of a turnaround this season because players don’t all of a sudden do all of everything they haven’t been doing. A team that turns it around is usually led by their coach. But D’antoni lets his stars coach. And it works. Until it doesn’t. I don’t think if we still had Ariza and Luc we would look much different. And in all honesty I can’t imagine how horrible we’d look if we had Jimmy Butler trying to get on the same page as Harden Paul Melo and Capela.
We won because James Harden is on our team —> did you see how he closed out that game? LaBron looked like a small child that got his candy taken away.
Takes some serious mental gymnastics to compare last year’s team to this one. It’s not only about the wins and losses. These Rockets genuinely look like a bad basketball team.
Being in the playoffs and realizing the expectations most had (At least WCFinals) coming into the season is another altogether. They'll make the playoffs , unless Harden missed significant time to injury …. But they aint reaching the conference finals -*With the current roster* , the offense is a mess and the defense is a disaster. They need to get a LOT better or they'll be than one and done.
