Calling someone out for actively calling for incivility isn't being uncivil. Honestly everyone should have called her out for making those statements when she did. From the day she lost she's been pushing the "resist" narrative that has done nothing but divide the nation further and made political discourse less civil. She couldn't just take her loss in stride and do what was best for the nation and we are seeing the results of that. I mean, it's EXACTLY the kind of thing people said that Trump would have done if he lost back when the idea was that Hillary was a shoe in. Since I'm not the person preaching incivility, I can't do anything other than hope those who are preaching incivility will learn the error of their ways before it's too late. I've said all along that the reason why things like Antifa are such bad things is that it'll lead to radicalization of the right which will always be more efficient than that of the left. The first we saw of that was with groups like the Proud Boys showing up and beating the **** out of Antifa every time they clash....then we had groups on the left attempting to intimidate politicians in public....and I looks like this series of bombs in the mail is the response. It seriously needs to end here because if it continues, people will die. The situation has gone way too far already.
A bizarre post, cml. You immediately come out with a strange conspiracy theory that somehow blames "the Left" for these insane attempts to harm those you claim are "of the Left." Have you lost your freakin' mind? With all due respect.
Here's a headline from Alex Jones, who may or may not be cml750, I am not saying he is but it would not surprise me one bit: Global Alert! Confirmed: Deep State Launching False Flag Against MSM/Dems to Blame Trump & Pro-America Forces
Waiting for the Trump tweet condemning the attempted bombings ... This will be test to see if Trump thinks he is the leader of the entire US or just his fanatical followers.
This is what I was talking about before. This mentality is the root of so many problems we face as a country. We have a crisis that pops up and each side is looking to blame the other side as quick as possible. It does not matter the crazy unsubstantiated stories that we tell, just as long as it paints the other side as wrong/bad/crazy. Politicians and those that are politically motivated look to justify why they are right rather than find a solution. Honestly, I am just tired of it all. I teach at a middle school and it's like everyone is behaving like middle schoolers. It makes sense though considering our leaders behave like them. They are notorious for pointing out problems and acting like they won the argument because they found some problem. I always say the world is full of problem finders, problem solvers are endangered. Alex Jones is just a problem finder, that goes to great unverified lengths to find problems.
I didn't claim anything other than wanting the person(s) who did this to be caught. The rest of it is a hunch that I stand by until proven wrong. While it is possible a right leaning person did this it makes no sense. The right is winning right now. This reeks of a desperation move. There is only one side that is unhinged and desperate at the moment. The person(s) who did this will be caught and we will know soon enough.
Yeah.... Soros is behind it. Do you have any proof that Soros isn't behind it? We all know his money is some how involved.
They’re still waiting on their young supporters to learn photoshop and then make a conservative alternative to that leftist twitter.
Pipe bombs sent to 7+ targets, CNN, Obamas, Clintons, Soros, Cuomo, Holder, Maxine Waters uthorities in New York are holding a press conference on what they say are a series of 6, potentially 7 pipe bombs sent to political targets around New York, and in other parts of the United States. This appears to be an attempt to assassinate up to 7 different perceived political enemies of President Donald Trump. One or more of the packages also contained envelopes that had an unknown white powder inside. All of the targets are perceived as activist Democrats. Targets include former first families the Obamas and the Clintons, NY governor Andrew Cuomo, philanthropist George Soros, the headquarters of CNN in New York, and former Attorney General Eric Holder. An additional package addressed to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was intercepted at a U.S. Congress mail facility, which was not located on-site where the congresswoman works. The bomb sent to Holder ended up being re-routed to the return address of Florida Democratic congresswoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, in Florida. There was no package addressed to her, but multiple packages had her address as the return address. The CNN package got all the way into the mailroom. During the live TV briefing, New York governor Andrew Cuomo revealed that his office in Manhattan also received an explosive device. An ATF official said during the press conference that the device sent to CNN was a pipe bomb. NYPD said the device sent to CNN was “a live explosive device,” and the implication is that this and other devices had the capacity to kill. None of the devices went off. Their lethality has not yet been confirmed by bomb technicians. Feds wouldn't disclose during the press conferences exactly what was in the package, but said 'it was consistent with the other packages.' The investigation is ongoing. Authorities appear to be saying that various devices sent to the Clintons in New York, the Obamas at one of their addresses, George Soros in New York, Maxine Waters, and Eric Holder (rerouted to Debbie Wasserman-Schultz) were similar in nature and capacity. Mayor Bill de Blasio: “I want to make clear the people of New York will not be intimidated, we are going to go about our lives undeterred.” No specific threats to other areas of the city at this time, the mayor says, but media locations around the city will get extra police presence. It's not clear exactly how these devices were sent. Nothing is known yet about any suspects
