I doubt the Earth has that big population.
China has ONLY 1.2 billion population or so. And only 5% people has access to WWW, I think.
And believe it or not, there are also lots of YOBs in China.:p

NEW YORK (Ticker) - Guards Stephon Marbury of the New York Knicks and Michael Finley of the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday were named NBA Players of the Week.

Marbury, whom the Knicks acquired in a blockbuster trade with the Phoenix Suns on January 5, was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week after averaging 22.5 points and a league-high 12.3 assists while leading New York to a 3-1 record last week.

The point guard collected 38 points and 14 assists in a 127-121 overtime loss to the Mavericks last Monday and followed it up with 26 and 10 in a 120-110 triumph over the Orlando Magic two days later.

Finley, the Western Conference Player of the Week, averaged 26.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 4.0 assists in 45.3 minutes to lead the Mavericks to a 4-0 record.

The shooting guard contributed 25 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in the road win over the Knicks last Monday and had 32 points and eight rebounds in a 125-122 double-overtime victory vs. the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.

Rookie LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Richard Hamilton of the Detroit Pistons, Jermaine O'Neal of the Indiana Pacers, Lamar Odom of the Miami Heat, Keith Van Horn of the Knicks, Tracy McGrady of the Magic and Allen Iverson of the 76ers also were considered for the Eastern Conference honor.
