If I win, I'll run a naked mile and post it on the internet for those that are curious. It'll be the greatest 30 minute film ever.
Underrated post of the day ... grats I'm gonna buy a controlling stake in the Texans ... just to kick the McNair's out of the building.
I think you can buy all combinations for something like $600 million.... So you'd still lose money!!!
If I win, Im going to invest it all into powerball tickets to say I won both mega jackpots, while you peasants only fantasize of matching 3 numbers on one. Baller.
Poor people spend 9% of income on lottery tickets. https://www.aol.com/2010/05/31/poor-people-spend-9-of-income-on-lottery-tickets-heres-why/
We're approaching the point of positive net return from playing the lotttery for a Buffett / Gates / Musk type, if they are allowed to deduct costs of gambling (I know you normally just pay on net profits). Buying all combos of numbers costs approx $600,000,000. Jackpot is now estimated at $900,000,000 cash value, meaning if you were the only winner, you'd be guaranteed a 50% net return. Obviously, there could be multiple winners, so probably waiting one more round and seeing if the jackpot crosses $1.2B would make sense. But at that point, it's probably a reasonable move for a multi-billionaire. You break even if 2 people win; double your money if only you win; lose money if 3+ win.
For people saying you can buy all the combinations.... don’t you gotta fill out a sheet with the numbers you want to select? **** that ****
The person that will do that is Mayweather. I'd be shocked if he wasn't on Facebook showing off he he spent $1 million in lottery tickets. I'm about to win this ish and buy the Browns. Lol
How would one actually play every number? Its not like the lotto commission would let someone write a check for rights to every number. 600 million tickets would need to be filled out.
I imagine you could just get one of your people to write a program to print the sheets with every combo so that part is easy enough. That said, you'd have to take $300,000,000 in cash to a lottery seller and have them print 150,000,000 little tickets out. They would run out of paper/etc, so its going to take some work, certainly. But if you can make $600,000,000 as a result of going crazy for 96 hours or however long it is between lotteries, it might be worth it.
Haha I'm sure then the lottery would "accidently" print a few winners, okay, maybe not a complete scam .. But if I had that kind of money, with my luck a few other people would win and I'd have lost a ton of money. Oh well, I guess it's better to at least have the option, right ?
Probably would have the same chance as winning, haha, I mean, with it on fire maybe there's a chance someone stops by and donates a winning ticket (assuming the money on fire burns down your house etc.). Or you find a winning ticket .. Or nevermind we all know how shitty the odds are (or at least I wish we did).
