Wow. The blows keep falling on the Spurs. It'll be interesting seeing how the team and Pop respond. Do they battle and do something in the playoffs? Assuming they make the playoffs. Do they pull a Timmy D and tank? Pop isn't going to be around forever. I don't know if he's up to a tank job. Not a nice way to bring a Hall of Fame career to an end, if he's thinking about ending it anytime soon. This will be a challenge for him, without a doubt. The dagger in the back from Leonard should have fallen on the Ides of March. It could end up having the same effect. An end and a beginning, but the beginning of what? A long Winter in SA? I think I'll give my brother-in-law, who has Spurs season tickets, a sweater for Christmas. He'll likely need it.
