It wasn't a crappy trade. It was a calculated trade that paid off.

Wait a second. Lebron hates playing with another star forward on the team, so that's why they traded a rookie SF who had never played a second in the NBA and didn't look that great in college for a 20PPG/14RPG three-time all-star PF?

    Forward as in SF.

If Lebron liked him a lot why didn't he mention him on his letter that he wrote and dedicated to Cavs players when he arrived,?

It only paid off because of Lebron, in fact it nearly didn't pay off because Love was injured his first year and was ineffective at center his 3rd year. If they had another max FA there and Wiggins for depth they would still have won at least one ring.

Cavs are the same team who drafted Tristan Thompson, Dion Waiters and of course Anthony Bennett. Whatever their calculations are I wouldn't put any stock in it.

I'm not suggesting that Lebron actually liked Wiggins a lot. I'm just pointing out that your statement as written (without clarifying that you meant SF, not any forward) didn't make any sense.

And if Lebron really didn't want to play with Wiggins (likely) I think it makes more sense to say it's because he didn't want to waste his time developing a rookie than to say that he didn't want to play with a star SF.

Cleveland had max space they could've had a max guy in FA and Wiggins at the same time.

The UFA they signed was LeBron and they correctly decided to trade Wiggins for Love. Are you trying to argue the Cavs could have signed a second max free agent in addition to LeBron in 2014?

    This should be interesting.
