    Lol we are talkibg about GMs here these are the same people who drafted Trae Young and Bagley III over Luka.

    With their crappy evaluation skills not surprised they would rank Harden who just won MVP below Irving lol.

    When you say 7% of NBA GM's believe we will win the title, what you are really saying is TWO NBA GM's believe we will win

    you know Morey is one of them (or is he..:(?)

    I wonder who the other GM is?

    This would bother me if the Warriors didn't have 46 GMs while all the other teams in the league have 1, but that's the league we follow folks.

    My guess is Cleveland, or another team with a personal tie to the Warriors. It would likely be an Eastern conference team.

    The article says GMs could not vote for anyone on their own team.

    General managers were not permitted to vote for their own team or personnel. Percentages are based on the pool of respondents to that particular question, rather than all 30 GMs.
