Gut feeling is we are going to get this dude jimmy butler.

The more I think about it the more it makes since for both Houston and Minn.

Gordon is a good fit for them and better on the books and from a personnel standpoint than anything Miami can offer.

I also don’t see morey giving up tucker but that’s debatable.

Gordon nene and 1st I think can get it done.

From the rockets standpoint it makes us the most talented team the warriors have faced in their run the last 4 years.

Part of me thinks we traded for knight because we knew that butler was to be had and he was our poor mans Gordon replacement off the bench.

I don't think Butler is worthy of all this attention. As far as the Rockets are concerned, he is more of a want than he is a need.

I think the point the poster was getting at is that there isn't a source that is saying Butler wants to come to Houston besides clutchfans. Of course Houston is one of a lot of teams who has interest in Butler - but that really isn't news because what team wouldn't want another all star caliber player. What would be tragic however would be losing EGO and potentially Tucker for a one year rental of Butler - that could potentially jeopardize a year or two of Harden in his prime as well as possibly CP's last years of being an All Star quality player.

 

I think we get one of Tyus or Taj really hopin for Taj

Hopefully most of us are finally coming around to the fact that we ain't trading PJ right now. Maybe next season. But not now.
