Astros Magic Number

Playoffs are almost here. We need a division title!

It's weird...I got an advertisement for Reese's Peanut Butter Sauce. It must be magic? I never knew such a thing existed but I'm willing to lay back and let someone pour it down my throat if it means the Astros win the division. lol

 

Man the a's won't lose. The astros are killing it but it might come down to the last game of the season to see who is the wild card.

 

If it comes down to our last series I will be surprised.

 

There are 8 games left. In the last 10 games, Oakland has fallen one game further behind the Astros. In September, they've fallen two games further behind the Astros. What suggests they will make up 4 games in their next 8?

 

Let's just say the as win out and that is not a far fetched idea. If astros go 4 and 4, they could be tied. Just thinking of this makes one nervous. Wish these as would just be happy and take their wild card spot. They are a scary team to play. If they beat the yankees in the one game playoff, they might beat the red sox in the division series.

Hopefully astros just win 5 games straight and be done with it.

 

Good thing we get to end the season with 4 games vs the Orioles

 

A's winning out is not far-fetched? They haven't won 8 straight all year long, let alone 12 straight if you include their last 4 wins. It's certainly a whole lot less likely than the Astros going better than 4-4.

 

4-4 with a 4 game series against one of the worst teams in MLB history.

 

At least playing the Orioles calms me down a bit, but the Orioles did beat the as once.
Like I said , I i hope astros win 5 straight and end our worries
