Morey needs to simmer down? LOL We're in an arms race. Our window is now. AND, Butler is exactly what we need..a premiere two way wing player. I love EG, but he's at maximum efficiency playing his role...any more greatly heightens the risk of injury for him. And while Tucker has been great, he's certainly replaceable. Butler has talent comparable to Paul George.. You make that deal every day.
If we stay eg3 and tucker, we can use tucker to guard durrant and put Antony in 4th. I am also fine with no trade. Actually we can,sign dwade and put him as small forward

Agree to disagree Getting Butler without giving up 2 core members, Im ok with, but not for our top defender (all positions) and our 6thman. Butler cant guard all positions, and is not instant offense... The team we have right now can beat the warriors or anybody else, to achieve that is to keep cp3 healthy and get a back up pg just in case. Lets not go back to the days when Morey was trading players every year and the rockets had the reputation of players being trade bait.

You got it a tad wrong. GG moves into the ego role. No need for old man Crawford and more luxury tax. Basically its butler+gerald > ego+tucker.
