Tonight was another good example of what Los has brought all year long with 10 points and 7 boards. Hustle, desire, movement without the ball, and strong defense. He isn't the tallest or widest body, he doesn't have a great offensive repetoire, and he isn't a premier shotblocker. But he has as much heart as anyone on this team, and any time this guy comes in positive things happen because of his work ethic. So what does this mean? Well, I wish things could change now, but definitely in the offseason, if Cato is not traded, I sincerely hope we see Carlos play ahead of him in the rotation for the upcoming season. I know that some want to play Cato to showcase him for trades, but we have to stop with that right now and focus on winning with what we have, and as of right now Kelvin Cato is playing like absolute garbage, almost CBA-like. I don't care about the size of your contract, I don't care about your physical size, what matters is the size of your heart and time and time again Los has proved that he is the big man with that and not Kelvin Cato. Give Carlos some time Rudy!!

Carlos has, more times than not, made Rudy look foolish for not playing him. He is the anti-Cato. He plays defense, rebounds, and actually puts his hands up. By the way, how the hell can you let Sabonis go by you? That's just plain sad.

I can't remember the last time Carlos hasn't produced when given playing time.

I wonder the same thing myself. But I think Rudy may want Carlos to learn how to stand behind the three point line. [IMG]

    I've given up!

Carlos plays hard. He is a rebounder. He scores trash buckets off Francis and Mobley dishes.

Why doesn't he start is beyond me. But Rudy knows best, right? I hate not being the Rockets coach on these occassions.

I have enjoyed Carlos' few minutes all season long. While hustle is his most obvious attribute, I think his soft hands and hand-eye coordination are his strongest qualities. If 'Los could only pack on 10-15#'s of muscle......!!!!!

If Carlos weren't injury prone, he'd be a starter in the NBA. But he is injury prone, and if you play him too much he gets hurt.

Could Rudy be trying to keep Carlos talent
hidden so he does not have to give him up in a trade to get rid of Cato? He might want to
have Carlos to come off of the bench for a spark next year.

In matters controversial my perception's rather fine, I always see both points of view, the one that's wrong and mine.
