"The Warriors will be quick to tell you that they had an injury on their side as well."

Dumbest argument ever. I get triggered every time I hear that. Haha.

Even if we accept that that's true, the Warriors didn't have an injury to a top-2 player and didn't have a vastly superior record with & without this magical injured player.

    Also:
"My X-factor is Brandon Knight. If they can get something like Milwaukee Brandon Knight... I'd give them as good a chance as anyone to beat the Warriors."

We already have "as good a chance as anyone to beat the Warriors". What's up with all of the qualifications? There was no other team that consistently looked like they belonged on the floor with the Warriors last season, but yet there was one team that was beating them.

Is it October yet? Let's go.

It is a testament to the current CULTURE of the Houston Rockets that new people can come in, see the confidence from their leaders and be able to comfortably say this team is ready to take on all comers.

The leadership inspires the role players. Clint Capela said the same thing last year. They believe.

Just "believing" and having that confidence goes a long way. I think there are a number of "good" teams that might not totally believe.

I hope we can get another reliable swingman in Houston by the February deadline. I'm happy that Ennis is eager to play.

Love the current culture. Morey wasn't too proud, or too cool, to admit he is obsessed with beating the Warriors. You would think it's common sense to be the best you have to be obsessed with beating the best. Too many times people are afraid to try because there is a chance they will fail. It's okay to fail and it's okay to admit you tried and still failed. The media losing its mind every time the Rockets show confidence is hilarious.

Loving the confidence from the team:
    • Clint: When healthy we are better than them.
    • Ennis: Rockets can definitely beat the Warriors.
    • Harden: Integrating Melo will be easy.

Aside from Paul >>>> Iggie, losing Luc to free agency is apparently a big blow to the Rockets, but the media continues to say the playoff injuries were just one on each side.

They pick and choose in ways that make the Rockets look bad. It's fake news.

If he is wrong, he would just say: I had to say something to make myself feel confident.

Or when we win, he'll say: I knew it from day one.

Sheesh, man. So negative all the time.

I'll take it. Luc Mbah a Moute is gone but he didn't play point forward either. We won't miss him. We played without him during the playoffs and we were fine.

Are you talking about Ennis? He never played for Milwaukee. Also, who is "we"? Lakers fan? Chicago?

Luc being hurt meant Ariza being over worked for the series. The last 3 games of the series he averaged 40 minutes. Ennis has young legs he just needs to learn to be as good as a defender as he can be and he'll be right on his prediction. Rockets in 5 if healthy.
