    I don't assume that. That being said its not an institutional problem. I know this thread doesn't prove anything but i know no one here even knows any victims because i know it isn't a problem

    Cannot say I had any bad encounter with any law enforcement. The worst thing I experienced was when I was young and we were driving through Philadelphia, the car had engine problem. There was a cop car near by, when we tried to ask them for help, they just took off before my dad could reach them.

    I'm obviously brown. No direct brutality but major intimidation and jackass tactics many many times. More times than not actually and from white, black, and brown LEOs equally. Though I will say white and brown LEOs seem to be worse from my experience but that could just be a numbers thing.

    He didn't say what happened. How about this, did he report the incident. RR has never said in these threads in 16 years ive been here he has experienced brutality. RR, of all posters

    I have experienced a few being huge assholes with attitudes over the years but never anything more. I am white but I always follow any orders given by the police. Most of my bad experiences are with small town police officers. The officers from larger towns and from the Texas DPS that I have come in contact with have been more professional.

    Sister was molested by a cop in Cedar Park. She was driving her minivan with my two toddler nieces, going the speed limit, was pulled over for no reason, frisked, and sent away with a warning. Dude didn't call for a female officer to frisk. Just up and did it himself.

    No police brutality in the sense that violence was done but I still chalk it up to sexual assault. Same has happened with girlfriend. Cops are dicks.
