he's as washed as joe johnson. if he gets a vet min contract its for locker room leadership, like JJ last year. he can't play anymore.

We don't, yet the case for "washed" is significantly stronger than the case for "not washed". Is there a case for him not being washed up?

Pertinent facts: 33 years old, injury history, major statistical drop-off the last season that he did manage to play 40 games (.387 from the field) - and that season was 2 years ago. Then he was just bought out, instead of being kept around as a "veteran mentor" or "defensive utility player".

 

Normally folks forget that he exists in the world of the NBA.

On good teams, he's been pretty good. Bad teams is when he drops. It might be worth a look if he still has some 3D left in him because we do have 3D SF need Harden may have some input since they are in Miami now.
