    That 5th year is fabulous value for the Rockets. Clint would probably be able to command $22M+ on the open market in that season. Great deal for both sides. RUN IT BACK!!

    So the media just ran with a story that had very little truth to it. Rockets offered around 75-80, Capela and agent ask for a 100, the deal is 90. Pretty standard negotiation. Awesome! Great deal and great value.

    This is the best news I have heard all day!! We have had the great opportunity to see him blossom from a young skinny kid to a competitive center who will only get better as each year passes!!! I can't wait to see how good he gets as he matures!!! Yes!!!!

    Clint has come a long way from these punk-ass dudes making fun of him. There's a lot of pride rooting for someone drafted by the Rockets and it pans out.

    so it sounds like the incentives from the original 5 year 85M offer was basically guaranteed to make it the 5/90M

    the 5 year is amazing deal as long as clint keeps making small strides each year (not even the same leap he made this past season) he will be definitely a great value deal.
