I'm just curious what Clutchfans thinks overall. Last year he got up 15.0 per game while his career average is 19.2 attempts. So what will happen in a Rockets uni in your opinion?
Oh boy, @don grahamleone took @Os Trigonum's advice on 15 new threads, 14 which must be 'Melo related.
there's still an opening for the [OFFICIAL] I Have Grown to HATE Carmelo Anthony thread . . . go for it, @J.R.
What I'm excited about is the 4+ free throws per game. The defense closes out Ryno, he holds the ball for a few seconds then either drives or passes, resulting in a chaotic possession either way. Melo can put the ball on the floor and get to the line.
I find it fascinating how no one has voted for 8-10 yet. I mean, Bobby Brown got paid the same amount last year and put up 2.9 shots a game. What is it about this Carmelo fellow that makes folks think he's going to shoot so much?
How many Melo threads will be made between now and the time Melo actually joins the team? Now thats the question we should be asking ourselves.
Depending on his minutes and shot selection .... I think DA will play him 28-30 minutes. He'll take Ariza, Luc and Anderson's shots.
Gonna love to see how he handles/b****es about not getting calls since he's not THE lead star anymore.
