Unskilled big men don’t last too long in today nba. Unless there is someone else we may pick up then I think Capela plays a little hard ball and they meet in the middle. IPads will burn if Morey let’s 3 players walk out the door..... for nothing.

I think he was given a fair deal considering his situation.

No he won't. If Morey lets him walk then there is a very good reason why he did that. He will find a replacement. Parsons walked and we got Ariza. We just need to wait until october to really panic.

All those shots were 2pointers idk if Daryl will like that. Even the ones on the corner he kept stepping on the line which is worse.
    But he look ok

Your an idiot for calling cf members “that’s why you would suck as a gm” but fail to realize how stupid dumb **** you are on this board.

If he could defend with confidence, he would have gotten a good contract.

Another way to look at it is per minute basis.

$20m for a 27 mpg player is $26.66m per 36 minutes (ie minutes for a max-level pay player). That's exactly what I'd tell him.

"Clint, I love ya, but the coach's still don't think you can stay on the court for normal minutes that max-level pay players do.

    You want $25m. I'm willing to pay you $20m, but on a per 36 basis....so (get's out calculator) that's $15m.

I'll tell you what. Why don't we compromise at that $20m per 36mpg number ($15m), and I'll do 2yrs and a player PO for a 3rd, so we can get you a good raise when Coach starts giving you Jordan/Adams minutes. In fact, let's put in some incentive bonus to get you that true $20m pay if you get 36 minutes ... hell, let's make it 34 minutes on 60 wins. Deal?"
I'd do a minutes-based incentive, because I'm confident if/when Capela makes yet-another jump like he displayed by destroying KAT and Gobert in the playoffs, that that's the only way MDA will give him 34 mpg. So, if he hits 34 mpg, he deserves $20m.
