Im starting to feel it more and more.
We left Belgium 10 years ago and i never felt this kind of homesickness before.
I wish i could go to the game or just go back to Charleroi for a few days.
I hope that Thomas Meunier suspension won't hurt us.

Is it a pretty cool country to visit? I've been to a majority of countries in Europe. I'm feeling the need to check it out.

I am glad the doping Russian team is out but at the same time i was thinking maybe it might have been amusing if they had gone all the way and won it.

A team of scrubs taking out Spain/Croatia/England and Belgium or France to win the World cup.

    Not suspicious.

    Nope, not suspicious at all.

    What A Time!

An England squad with not a care in the world and absolute bravery and brashness. Might not be as talented as the teams with fabulous defenders like Ashley, Rio, JT, Gary Nev and a midfield of Becks, Lamps and Gerrard but yet they play as a team and without the fear in them like those great players. Add in a manager who frees them and makes things easier for them. Lovely stuff for England fans.

....Unfortunately, I think England will still end up losing to France in the final. (If we can get past Croatia though...figure that will be another tough test).

    C'mon England!

I might be a bit biased but yes.
Our beer and food needs no introduction(there is more than just fries, chocolate and waffles).
Its all depends on what you like too see and do when you visit a country.
Belgium is a small country(136th in the world in terms of area) and it's actually smaller than South Carolina.
So its it's kinda easy too see big parts of the country in a short amount of time.

What I would remind England is that after Seattle was gone in 93, the path looked so easy for the Rockets, but the Knicks played us tough. It's not going to go exactly as they expect it to go. The path is clear. But it's going to be a war.

Who said England had a clear path lol.......England is lucky, they got it together. Historic result is historic but you can make the Finals with more effort.

And what the Brits dun have, a world class fool on the line and guys that dun convert their penalties.

Courtois is actually good. Who knew? I didn't see it before, but he is.

I like Belgium the rest of the way. Only thing that can stop them is bad lineup decisions. Mainly, starting Mertens and maybe, not starting Carrasco.

Hazard and Lukaku have been amazing. De Bruyne, besides against Brazil, hasn't. Could be if Martinez keeps Mertens out of his way.

I am rooting for any other team though because narratives. 19 year old future galactico leading France. England minus superstars, plus vest. Little Croatia and their ić's.

    1. England
    2. Croatia/Belgium

    I counter

    Belgium/France
    Croatia/England

Anything is possible. I just think it might be Belgium's time but England and France are stronger than I thought.

That said, Subasic and Croatia are just so good at avoiding defeat and penalties.

I agree with you about Mertens but i dont think we should start Carrasco over Chadli.
As i see it the key to victory vs France is defense and i just don't know if ours is good enough, especially without Thomas Meunier.

Rooting for England/Belgium, but England/France would be epic. Agincourt Deux: Electric Waterloo
